Return Policy
You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. you received the wrong or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
You should receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return carrier, but in most cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time it takes for us to receive the return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the item you are returning. We will respond as soon as possible with return instructions.

We can deliver to almost any address worldwide. Please note that there are restrictions on certain items and some items cannot be delivered to international destinations.
When you place your order, we will estimate the shipment and delivery date based on the inventory status of your items and the delivery method you choose. Depending on the delivery service provider you choose, the estimated ship date may be shown on the shipping quote page.
Please also note that many of the items we sell have shipping charges based on weight. The weight of any such item can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the delivery companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
